Please examine your purchase as soon as you receive it. I sincerely hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you are unhappy with it, please email me as soon as possible with your name address, purchase number and the reason for the return.
Please return the item within 30 days using tracked post, I cannot issue a refund if I have not received the item. Please include your invoice (or copy of it) so that I will have all the information needed to process your return. If this is not possible, please include your name, address and telephone number.
If your order is faulty, please return your purchase and we will arrange a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
If you have simply changed your mind about the item, please email to let me know you are sending it back with your name address, purchase number and if you would like a replacement or refund.

On receipt of the returned item we will check to ensure it is in the same condition as it was dispatched. If there are no problems we will refund the full cost of the item, plus postage to you and postage back to us, this only applies if you are returning the item within the UK, we do not refund postage for returns from overseas.
If the the item has been returned to us because you have changed your mind, the full cost of the item will be refunded but not postage.
